Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first DuoDone Pro payment. That window applies to the first charge for Pro Monthly ($7.99 USD per month) or Pro Annual ($59.99 USD per year).

One subscription covers the entire Duo. A refund of that payment ends the paid period we associated with it, and the Duo returns to Free. Goals, projects, tasks, rewards, and other content already in the Duo are not deleted because of a refund.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of an annual renewal payment. The 14 days start when that renewal charge succeeds, not when the original subscription started.

Monthly renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by law. After the 14-day window on the first Pro payment, later monthly charges of $7.99 USD are not refunded unless a law that applies to you requires it.

Email lhasalabsllc@gmail.com from the address on the paying member's account. Include the Duo name, whether the charge was the first Pro payment or an annual renewal, and the approximate charge date.

Refund processing is manual. We review the request and, when it qualifies, issue the refund through Stripe. We do not run an automated refund button inside DuoDone. Most reviews are completed within a few business days; the time for the money to appear depends on the bank or card issuer.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for that charge. We do not send refunds to a different card, account, or person.

Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable right you have under the law that applies to you. If that law requires a refund this policy would not otherwise give, we will honor that requirement. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.
